*Does a basement conversion need planning permission?

No. Most conversions do not need planning permission as you are just having work done inside your property. If, however you are wishing to add a new entrance or windows to the front of your house or you need to dig up the pavement outside your house, you will need to apply to your local council. This can be easily sorted.

We aim to complete the conversion in 8-12 weeks; this could be longer for exceptionally large areas or the complexity of the work.
